Banks, brokers, and other nominees are encouraged to submit labels electronically. This will speed the delivery of the Class Notice and Proof of Claim to class members and speed claims processing.

Banks, brokerage firms, institutions, and other persons who are nominees are required, within 10 days of receipt of the Notice of Pendency and Proposed Settlement of Class Action, to (1) provide the Claims Administrator with the names and addresses of such beneficial purchasers; or (2) forward a copy of this notice to each such beneficial purchaser.
